Purpose

Customer Engineering and Customer Support work closely together in support of our customers’ overall success. Our unified purpose is to deliver a great experience to our customers, and the work we do plays an important role in customers having long-term success with Sourcegraph.

  • Customer Engineering is responsible for the long-term technical success of our customers through proactive guidance and best practices from the very start of our relationship.
  • Customer Support is responsible for resolving technical issues and problems and answering technical/product questions whenever our customers need reactive technical guidance.
